Oven-Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Thanks to a refined honey–balsamic–mustard marinade with lemon and garlic, Brussels sprouts taste better than ever before. A little Parmesan and a few breadcrumbs add salty, crispy highlights that will convince even the most skeptical Brussels-sprouts eater to love this winter vegetable.

Grate the Parmesan cheese and distribute it over the Brussels sprouts along with the breadcrumbs, mixing everything with washed hands.
- Step 6
Bake Brussels sprouts in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
