  • 1 ½ tablespoons - coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp - cinnamon
  • 1 pinch - sea salt
  • ¼ tsp - nutmeg
  • 1 tsp - tapioca flour
  • 2 teaspoons - lemon juice
  • 1 cup - almond flour
  • ½ cup - tapioca flour
  • 3 tablespoons - coconut sugar
  • 1 pinch - cinnamon
  • 1 tsp - baking soda
  • ¼ cup - coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons - dairy free milk

Instructions

  1. First, preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Make the cobbler topping first. Add all cobbler topping ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Place cobbler topping in fridge while you make the bottom layer.
  4. Peel, core and slice apples into 16 pieces. Then, add apples to a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add all bottom layer ingredients to the bowl with the apple slices. Toss until apples are completely coated.
  6. Lightly spray a pie plate with nonstick spray. Then, pour apple mixture into dish.
