Paleo Apple Cobbler (Gluten Free & Vegan)
This Paleo Apple Cobbler has a sweet juicy apple filling and the perfect cobbler topping! The cinnamon apple combination is crave worthy. This gluten free apple cobbler is incredibly easy to make, filled with healthy ingredients, and always a huge hit!

Instructions
- Step 1
First, preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Step 2
Make the cobbler topping first. Add all cobbler topping ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Step 3
Place cobbler topping in fridge while you make the bottom layer.
- Step 4
Peel, core and slice apples into 16 pieces. Then, add apples to a large mixing bowl.
- Step 5
Add all bottom layer ingredients to the bowl with the apple slices. Toss until apples are completely coated.
- Step 6
Lightly spray a pie plate with nonstick spray. Then, pour apple mixture into dish.
- Step 7
Remove cobbler topping from fridge. Form 4 or 5 discs of dough and place those on top of apples.
- Step 8
Place a sheet of aluminum foil lightly covering the pie dish. Do not press tin foil onto cobbler topping.
- Step 9
Bake for 20 minutes. Then, carefully remove tin foil and bake an additional 5 minutes or until apples are fork tender.
- Step 10
Finally, remove from oven and serve!
