Pasta Chips
Instructions
1
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and place back in the pot.
2
Add in the cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, and pepper. Toss to combine.
3
Pour half of the pasta into the base of your air fryer. It’s okay for the pasta to be touching and overlapping a bit but you don’t want it all stacked on top of each other.
4
Air fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, tossing halfway. I suggest checking on it every 60 seconds for the last few minutes as every air fryer cooks a little different.
5
The chips are done when they’re a dark brown color (but not burned) all around the edges of the pasta. Once done, remove from the air fryer and let them cool (they’ll crisp up even more as they cool). Serve with your favorite dip and ENJOY!

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Choose Thin Pasta Shapes 🍝Use thin pasta varieties like angel hair, spaghettini, or thin spaghetti that crisp up quickly and evenly in the oven without becoming chewy.
- Pat Pasta Completely Dry 💧After cooking, thoroughly dry the pasta with paper towels before tossing with oil and seasonings to ensure maximum crispiness and prevent soggy chips.
- Toast at Lower Temperature Longer ⏱️Bake at 325-350°F for 15-20 minutes rather than higher heat for shorter times to achieve golden, crispy texture throughout without burning the garlic or cheese.
- Add Cheese in Two Stages 🧀Toss half the parmesan before baking and sprinkle the remainder halfway through cooking to ensure even coating and prevent excessive browning on the cheese.
- Toss Frequently for Even Crisping 🥄Stir the pasta chips every 5 minutes during baking to ensure all pieces crisp evenly and prevent sticking or uneven browning on the baking sheet.
