Tips & Tricks (5)

  • Chill Your Glass 🧊
Pre-chill your glasses in the freezer for at least 15 minutes before serving to keep the spritz perfectly cold longer and prevent dilution from condensation.
  • Fresh Fruit Timing ⏰
Add fresh raspberries and peach slices just before serving rather than mixing ahead of time, as they'll stay firm and vibrant while preventing excess juice from diluting the cocktail.
  • Prosecco Pour Last 🍾
Always add the Prosecco last and pour it gently down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation and create that signature effervescent fizz throughout the drink.
  • Balance Your Ratios 📏
Use a 1:1:1:1:1 ratio of gin, liqueur, peach nectar, lemon juice, and Prosecco for optimal flavor balance—taste and adjust based on how tart or sweet you prefer your spritz.
  • Muddle Gently for Flavor 🍑
Lightly muddle 2-3 raspberries at the bottom of your glass before adding other ingredients to release their juice and enhance the berry notes without creating a chunky texture.
