Tips & Tricks (5)
- Chill Your Glassware ❄️Place glasses in the freezer for at least 15 minutes before serving to keep the spritz perfectly chilled and prevent rapid dilution from melting ice.
- Fresh Fruit Garnish Selection 🍑Use ripe, fragrant peaches and plump raspberries at peak season; freeze a few berries in ice cubes the night before for elegant presentation that won't water down the drink.
- Prosecco Temperature Timing ✨Keep your Prosecco chilled at 45°F and add it last, just before serving, to preserve the carbonation and effervescence that makes this spritz so refreshingly bubbly.
- Balance Sweetness with Acidity 🍋Taste as you mix and adjust fresh lemon juice to balance the peach nectar and raspberry liqueur—start with less and add more for your preferred tartness level.
- Pitcher Preparation for Batching 🥤Mix all ingredients except Prosecco in a pitcher up to 2 hours ahead; add sparkling water and Prosecco just before guests arrive to maintain maximum carbonation and fizz.
