This peachy pink gin spritz tastes like summertime in a glass. It has has pink gin, raspberry liqueur, peach nectar, lemon, and Prosecco for a ridiculously refreshing and bubbly drink. Mix this 5-minute cocktail up in a pitcher (or a wine glass) to share with friends at BBQs, dinner parties, aperitivo, and everything in-between!

  2. Step 1

    Add the peach nectar and fresh lemon juice to a large pitcher. Then, add the raspberry liqueur and Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin.

  3. Step 2

    Carefully pour the brut Prosecco and sparkling water into the pitcher. Gently stir the cocktail to mix it well. Add sliced peaches and raspberries.

  4. Step 3

    Pour the cocktail over ice. Garnish with more sliced peaches and raspberries if desired. Enjoy!

    Fill a wine glass with ice. Add the peach nectar, lemon juice, raspberry liqueur, and Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin.
