Instructions
1
Start by making your graham cracker crumbs if you haven’t already. I like to do this in my blender or food processor but you can also put them in a plastic bag and crush them with something like a rolling pin. Just make sure that they’re finely crushed, similar to bread crumbs.
2
Line a square pan with parchment paper. I’ve made these with an 8×8 AND a 9×9 inch pan.
3
Place the graham cracker crumbs in a large bowl and mix in the melted butter, powdered sugar, sea salt, and peanut butter until well combined. Pour that into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
4
In the same bowl, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. I do this in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between. Pour on top of the peanut butter mixture and spread evenly.
5
Put in the fridge to chill until hardened, about 30 minutes. Cut into squares and ENJOY!

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Toast Your Graham Crackers 🔥Lightly toast the graham cracker crumbs in a dry skillet for 2-3 minutes before mixing with peanut butter to deepen their flavor and add a subtle caramelized note that elevates the entire bar.
- Temper Your Chocolate Properly 🍫Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil at low heat (around 110°F) and stir constantly to prevent seizing, ensuring a smooth, glossy chocolate coating that sets beautifully without a grainy texture.
- Chill Between Layers ❄️Refrigerate the peanut butter base for 15-20 minutes before pouring the chocolate layer on top to prevent the layers from mixing and to help the chocolate set faster and more evenly.
- Strategic Sea Salt Placement 🧂Sprinkle sea salt on the chocolate layer immediately after pouring, while still warm, so it adheres properly and creates a sophisticated sweet-salty contrast that enhances the peanut butter flavor.
- Cut with a Hot Knife 🔪Dip your knife in hot water and wipe dry between each cut to create clean, professional-looking bars without the chocolate cracking or sticking, resulting in pristine presentation.
