Ingredients

  • 1 cup - graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup - butter
  • 1 cup - powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp - sea salt
  • 1 cup - peanut butter
  • 1 cup - chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp - melted coconut oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Start by making your graham cracker crumbs if you haven’t already. I like to do this in my blender or food processor but you can also put them in a plastic bag and crush them with something like a rolling pin. Just make sure that they’re finely crushed, similar to bread crumbs.
  2. Line a square pan with parchment paper. I’ve made these with an 8×8 AND a 9×9 inch pan.
  3. Place the graham cracker crumbs in a large bowl and mix in the melted butter, powdered sugar, sea salt, and peanut butter until well combined. Pour that into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
  4. In the same bowl, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. I do this in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between. Pour on top of the peanut butter mixture and spread evenly.
  5. Put in the fridge to chill until hardened, about 30 minutes. Cut into squares and ENJOY!
