Ingredients
- 1 cup - plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup - natural creamy salted peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons - pure maple syrup or honey
- ¼ tsp - vanilla extract
- sliced apples, bananas, strawberries, pretzels, graham crackers, cinnamon pita chips, carrot sticks
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Use a whisk or rubber spatula to stir until completely mixed. You can also use a hand mixer if you want.
- Enjoy immediately or chill for 2-4 hours to thicken. Serve with sliced apples, bananas, strawberries, pretzels, graham crackers, cinnamon pita chips, or even celery and carrot sticks. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy within 5 days.
