Ingredients

  • 2 cups - old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons - chia seeds
  • 2 ½ cups - unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup - peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons - pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Place the oats, chia seeds, almond milk, peanut butter and maple syrup in a large bowl and stir well to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Stir well in the morning and add additional milk as needed. Serve with sliced banana, chocolate chips or your favorite toppings and enjoy!
