  • 4 tablespoon - unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • 1 ½ cup - heavy cream
  •   - Salt
  •   - Black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon - red chili flakes
  • ½ teaspoon - paprika
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • 1 cup - pepper jack cheese
  • ¾ cup - cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup - mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup - reserved pasta water
  • 1 ball - burrata cheese
  •   - Parmesan

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water and drain.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Season with salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Add the pepper jack, cheddar, and mozzarella cheeses. Stir until fully melted and creamy.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.
  6. Plate and top each serving with a ball of burrata and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan.
