  • 2 cup - fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ cup - pine nuts
  • ¾ cup - Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup - olive oil
  • 1 clove - garlic

  • ½ pound - pasta
  • 1 ball - burrata cheese

  4. Toss the pesto with the cooked pasta, adding reserved pasta water as needed to coat evenly.
