Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons - Olive oil
- 1 - onion
- 1 - Green bell pepper
- 1 - Red bell pepper
- 2 cloves - Garlic
- 1 ½ pounds - Thinly shaved steak
- 1 tsp - All Purpose Seasoning Blend
- 1 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
- 4 ounces - Cream cheese
- 4 ounces - Velveeta cheese
- ¼ cup - Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup - Sour cream
- 8 slices - Provolone cheese
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Add peppers and onion. Sauté for 5-7 minutes or until tender.
- Then, add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
- Remove from skillet and add to slow cooker.
- In the same pan, add remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
- Season beef with All Purpose Seasoning Blend and add to skillet. Then, add Worcestershire sauce.
- Sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until beef is cooked through.
- Remove from skillet and add to slow cooker.
- Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
