Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells
Delicious Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells are a mashup of two favorites! These 30 minute pasta shells stuffed with all the flavors of a classic Philly cheesesteak. I love this recipe because it’s a quick and easy weeknight meal. It is also happens to be super delicious! You will definitely want to add this one to your stash of easy dinner recipes.

- Step 1
In a large skillet over medium high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Step 2
Add diced peppers and onions and 1 teaspoon of All Purpose Seasoning Blend and cook until softened, about 6 minutes.
- Step 3
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds more.
- Step 4
Remove vegetables from the pan and add remaining tablespoon of butter.
- Step 5
Season the shaved beef with all-purpose seasoning blend and add it to the skillet.
- Step 6
Cook beef until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Step 7
Remove skillet from heat and drain off excess fat.
- Step 8
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ¾ of the provolone and American cheeses and add the pepper and onion mixture back into the pan.
- Step 9
Pour half of the Alfredo sauce into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Step 10
Spoon the filling into the prepared pasta shells and arrange in the baking dish.
- Step 11
Pour remaining Alfredo sauce on top of the stuffed shells and top with the remaining cheese.
- Step 12
Bake at 350℉ for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
