Tips & Tricks (5)
- Drain Pineapple Thoroughly 🍍Reserve the pineapple juice separately and strain canned pineapple well to prevent excess liquid from creating icy, watery popsicles with uneven texture.
- Shake Coconut Milk Before Using 🥥Vigorously shake full-fat coconut milk to evenly distribute the cream and liquid, ensuring a smooth, creamy consistency throughout your popsicles rather than separated layers.
- Balance Sweetness with Agave 🍯Start with less agave syrup than you think you need, as natural pineapple sugars concentrate when frozen and the sweetness will intensify during the freezing process.
- Insert Sticks at Perfect Timing ⏱️Wait 3-4 hours before inserting popsicle sticks when the mixture is partially frozen but still soft enough for easy insertion, preventing sticks from cracking the treat.
- Create Creamy Swirls with Technique 🌀Pour half the mixture, add a thin layer of pure coconut cream, then top with remaining mixture and gently swirl with a skewer for beautiful marbled, multi-textured popsicles.
