Tips & Tricks (5)
- Don't Overwork the Meat Patty 🖐️Handle the ground beef minimally when forming patties—overworking compacts the meat and creates dense, tough burgers instead of tender, juicy ones with a light crumb structure.
- Create a Dimple in the Center 👇Press a small indent into the center of each patty before cooking to prevent it from puffing up and ensure even cooking throughout, resulting in perfectly flat burgers for better cheese and pepperoni coverage.
- Toast the Brioche Rolls with Butter 🧈Brush the cut sides of brioche rolls with melted butter and toast them in a skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden—this prevents sogginess and adds a luxurious, crispy texture that enhances the overall experience.
- Layer Pepperoni Under the Cheese 🧅Place pepperoni slices directly on the hot burger patty first, then top with fresh mozzarella so the cheese melts and slightly adheres to the pepperoni, creating better structural integrity and preventing toppings from sliding off.
- Finish with Fresh Parsley and Garlic Oil ✨Drizzle the assembled burger with a quick garlic-infused oil and sprinkle fresh parsley just before serving to brighten flavors and add a professional, restaurant-quality finishing touch that elevates the dish.
