  • ½ pound - pasta
  • 1 tablespoon - olive oil
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • ½  - onion
  • ¾ cup - pepperoni
  • 1 cup - tomato sauce
  • ½ cup - milk
  • ½ teaspoon - salt
  • ¼ teaspoon - black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ cup - mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  •   - Reserved pasta water
  •   - Fresh parsley

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water and drain the rest.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, onion, and chopped pepperoni. Sauté until onion is soft and pepperoni is crispy.
  3. Add tomato sauce and milk. Stir and bring to a simmer.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Add cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water. Mix well until everything is combined.
  7. Transfer to an oven-safe dish. Top with more mozzarella and pepperoni.
  8. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
