Tips & Tricks (5)
- Reserved Pasta Water Magic 💧Save 1/2 cup of starchy pasta water before draining to help the sauce adhere better and create a silkier texture when mixing with the tomato sauce.
- Pepperoni Crisp Technique 🍕Pat pepperoni slices dry with paper towels before adding to the dish to ensure maximum crispiness and prevent excess grease.
- Cheese Layering Pro Tip 🧀Mix half the mozzarella into the pasta before baking, then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top for a perfect balance of melted and golden-brown cheese.
- Flavor Depth Hack 🌶️Toast your garlic and onion powders in the olive oil for 30 seconds before adding other ingredients to unlock their deeper, more complex flavors.
- Baking Dish Strategy 🥘Use a wider, shallower baking dish to maximize the crispy cheese-to-pasta ratio and ensure even heating throughout the dish.
