Popsicle Cupcakes for Summer are fun, whimsical and fantastic. Perfect for lazy days by the pool and parties at the beach. Popsicle Cupcakes are good for the summer because they are colorful and full of flavor, and have sunny imagery. These cupcakes have little popsicle shapes on them that make them perfect for hot summer days.

Instructions
- Step 1
Bake cupcakes per recipe and cool completely.
- Step 2
Pipe a flat swirl of whipped cream frosting on each cupcake.
- Step 3
Cut the toothpicks in half. Place a toothpick half in each candy, with the pointed toothpick end into the wide part of the candy to create the popsicles.
- Step 4
Place 2-3 popsicles on each cupcake.
- Step 5
Use sprinkles on each cupcake to fill a little of the space
