These cupcakes have little popsicle shapes on them that make them perfect for hot summer days.

- Step 1
Bake cupcakes per recipe and cool completely.
- Step 2
Pipe a flat swirl of whipped cream frosting on each cupcake.
- Step 3
Cut the toothpicks in half. Place a toothpick half in each candy, with the pointed toothpick end into the wide part of the candy to create the popsicles.
- Step 4
Place 2-3 popsicles on each cupcake.
- Step 5
Use sprinkles on each cupcake to fill a little of the space
