Ingredients

  • 1 lb - ground pork
  • ¼ cup - chopped onion
  • 1 clove - chopped garlic
  • ¼ cup - Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp - burger Seasoning
  • 4 - brioche buns
  • barbecue sauce
  • 1 ½ cups - coleslaw

Instructions

  1. Add the garlic and onion to a food process and pulse until very finely chopped.
  2. Add the pork, garlic and onion, Worcestershire sauce and burger seasoning to a bowl and mix with your hands until just combined.
  3. Divide the pork mixture into 4 portions and form into patties. Make an indentation in the center of each patty to prevent the burgers from puffing up.
  4. Preheat grill to medium high.
  5. Grill burgers for 5-6 minutes on the first side.
  6. Flip and grill on the second side for 5-6 minutes longer or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F on a meat thermometer.
  7. Serve on brioche buns and top with bbq sauce and coleslaw.
