Ingredients
- 1 lb - ground pork
- ¼ cup - chopped onion
- 1 clove - chopped garlic
- ¼ cup - Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp - burger Seasoning
- 4 - brioche buns
- barbecue sauce
- 1 ½ cups - coleslaw
Instructions
- Add the garlic and onion to a food process and pulse until very finely chopped.
- Add the pork, garlic and onion, Worcestershire sauce and burger seasoning to a bowl and mix with your hands until just combined.
- Divide the pork mixture into 4 portions and form into patties. Make an indentation in the center of each patty to prevent the burgers from puffing up.
- Preheat grill to medium high.
- Grill burgers for 5-6 minutes on the first side.
- Flip and grill on the second side for 5-6 minutes longer or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F on a meat thermometer.
- Serve on brioche buns and top with bbq sauce and coleslaw.
