You will not believe how quick and easy it is to make your own homemade pork gravy. It only takes a few items and a couple of minutes to make this delicious gravy.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons - butter
  • 3 tablespoons - Flour
  • 1 ½ cups - Chicken stock
  • ½ tsp - all-purpose seasoning
  • ¼ tsp - Porketta Seasoning
  • ½ cup - Pork drippings

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat.
  2. When butter is melted, whisk in flour until a paste forms.
  3. Whisk the flour paste for about 1 minute.
  4. Slowly whisk in the stock and pork drippings
  5. Stir in House Seasoning Blend and Porketta Seasoning.
  6. Simmer over medium heat until gravy thickens to desired consistency.
