You will not believe how quick and easy it is to make your own homemade pork gravy. It only takes a few items and a couple of minutes to make this delicious gravy.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons - butter
- 3 tablespoons - Flour
- 1 ½ cups - Chicken stock
- ½ tsp - all-purpose seasoning
- ¼ tsp - Porketta Seasoning
- ½ cup - Pork drippings
Instructions
- Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat.
- When butter is melted, whisk in flour until a paste forms.
- Whisk the flour paste for about 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in the stock and pork drippings
- Stir in House Seasoning Blend and Porketta Seasoning.
- Simmer over medium heat until gravy thickens to desired consistency.
