Tips & Tricks (5)
- Precise Timing for Perfect Melting 🕐Bake at 350°F for exactly 4-5 minutes—just long enough for Hershey Kisses to soften without melting completely, ensuring they hold their shape while remaining creamy.
- Center the Kiss Before Baking 📍Press each Hershey Kiss firmly into the pretzel's center hole before baking to anchor it in place and prevent sliding or uneven melting during cooking.
- Chill Pretzels First for Better Adhesion ❄️Refrigerate assembled pretzels for 15-20 minutes before baking so the Kisses adhere better and melt more evenly across the pretzel surface.
- Toast Pretzels Lightly Before Assembly 🔆Bake bare pretzels at 325°F for 2-3 minutes first to dry them out slightly, which prevents sogginess and creates better texture contrast with the melted chocolate.
- Cool Completely Before Adding M&Ms 🎨Let treats cool for at least 5 minutes on the baking sheet so the chocolate sets enough to securely grip the M&Ms without them sliding off.
