Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons - oat flour
- 1 tbsp - cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons - protein powder
- ¼ tsp - baking powder
- 1 tbsp - coconut sugar
- ⅓ cup - dairy free milk
- 2 tablespoons - mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- First, add all ingredients to a mug or ramekin. Reserve a few mini chocolate chips for after the mug cake is cooked.
- Mix together.
- Then, microwave on high for 60 seconds. Then, microwave in additional 10 second increments as needed.
- Carefully remove the mug cake from the microwave. Immediately sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
- Finally, serve!
