Tips & Tricks (5)

  • Activate Yeast Properly 🧪
Dissolve yeast in warm water (110°F) for 5 minutes before mixing to ensure it's active and alive, guaranteeing better rise and texture in your bread.
  • Butter Injection Technique 🧈
Mix melted butter with fresh oregano and thyme, then brush between dough pieces before baking to infuse pizza flavors throughout and ensure every pull is flavorful.
  • Strategic Cheese Placement 🧀
Distribute mozzarella between dough pieces rather than just on top to create gooey pockets that stretch when pulled apart, maximizing the interactive eating experience.
  • Optimal Proofing Temperature 🌡️
Let dough rise in a warm, draft-free spot (75-80°F) for consistent fermentation that develops flavor and achieves light, airy texture without overproofing.
  • Golden Crust Finishing 🎨
Brush the baked bread with garlic-infused olive oil and fresh thyme immediately after removing from oven to add aromatic depth while the bread is still warm and absorptive.
