
Pull Apart Pizza Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups - Water
- 2 tablespoons - Yeast
- 4 tablespoons - Granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons - powdered milk
- 1 tbsp - Thyme
- 1 ½ teaspoons - Salt
- ½ cup - Olive oil
- 6 cups - All purpose flour
- 4 cups - Mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons - Olive oil
- 1 tbsp - Oregano
- 3 tablespoons - Butter
- 1 - Egg
- 1 tbsp - Water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425℉.
- Combine warm water, yeast, sugar, dried milk, and 2 cups all purpose flour in a mixing bowl.
- Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Add thyme, salt, olive oil, and 4 cups scooped and leveled all purpose flour to the mixing bowl with yeast and knead for 10 minutes with dough attachment.
- Mix shredded mozzarella cheese, 3 tablespoons olive oil and oregano in a bowl.
- Lightly flour surface and roll it thin. Brush the top of the dough with melted butter and cover with mozzarella mixture
- Roll the dough as you would a cinnamon roll and slice the dough in 1.5 to 2 inch sections.
- Mix the egg and 1 tablespoon of water. Brush the dough with the egg with egg wash.
- Bake for 15 minutes uncovered in the preheated oven. Cover with foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
