Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups - flour
  • ¾ cup - old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup - brown sugar
  • ½ cup - chopped pecans
  • ⅔ cup - butter
  • 30 ounces - pumpkin puree
  • 28 ounces - sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 teaspoons - cinnamon
  • 1 tsp - ground ginger
  • ½ tsp - ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp - salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉.
  2. Combine all of the crust ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until completely combined.
  3. Press into the bottom of a 10 inch x 15 inch rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until crust turns a light golden color.
  5. Meanwhile, mix all of the filling ingredients together in a large bowl.
  6. Pour onto baked crust.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a cake tester inserted into the center of filling comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool and serve with whipped cream.
