Ingredients

  • ½ cup - Pineapple
  • ½  - Banana, ripe
  • 2 tablespoons - Vanilla Protein Powder/serving
  • 1 tbsp - Maqui Powder
  • ¾ cup - Soy Milk, or any non-dairy milk
  •   - Topping
  • 2 tablespoons - Coconut Milk Yogurt, or coconut cream
  • 1 pinch - Maqui Powder

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if necessary, until it reaches your preferred consistency.
  2. Optionally spread yogurt or coconut cream around the inside of your glass for decoration, then sprinkle some maqui powder in the glass. Pour the smoothie into the glass. Top with a dollop of yogurt or coconut cream and a sprinkle of maqui powder. Enjoy!
