
Reduced-Fat Baked Tilapia

Ingredients
- 1 lb - tilapia fillets
- 1 tsp - salt
- ¼ tsp - black pepper
- ½ tsp - garlic powder
- ½ tsp - paprika
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 - lemon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the tilapia fillets on both sides with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Arrange the fillets on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake the tilapia on middle rack of oven until the fillets are just opaque and flake easily with a fork, 7-9 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
- Check to see that tilapia is done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets and serve immediately.
