Baked tilapia with no added oil is super low in calories, but high in protein and flavor. Serve it on a bed of arugula or baby spinach for a quick and healthy dinner.

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 3
Season the tilapia fillets on both sides with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Arrange the fillets on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
- Step 4
Bake the tilapia on middle rack of oven until the fillets are just opaque and flake easily with a fork, 7-9 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
- Step 5
Check to see that tilapia is done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
- Step 6
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets and serve immediately.
