Instructions
1
Preheat the oven according to brownie mix box directions. Spray a round springform pan with cooking spray and set aside.
2
Complete the required steps listed on the brownie box to create the brownie batter.
3
Transfer the batter to the greased springform pan and place in the preheated oven.
4
Bake according to box directions and until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow brownies to cool completely.
5
Once cooled, run a knife around the end of the pan before releasing the brownies from the springform pan. Use a sharp knife to slice the brownies into 8 equal slices.
6
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, and microwave for an additional 30 seconds if needed or until chocolate is melted.
7
Use a butter knife to dab a bit of melted chocolate onto the back of two candy eyes and place them on a brownie slice.
8
Spread a bit of melted chocolate onto the bottoms of two pretzel twists and place onto the top corners of the brownie slice as antlers.
9
Add a dot of chocolate to a red m&m and place on the tip of the brownie slice for Rudolph’s nose. Repeat this process until all brownies have been decorated as Rudolph.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Underbake for Fudgy Perfection 🍫Remove brownies 1-2 minutes before the package suggests—they should look slightly underdone in the center, as they'll continue cooking while cooling and stay deliciously fudgy rather than cake-like.
- Chill Before Decorating ❄️Refrigerate baked brownies for at least 30 minutes before adding decorations so the surface is firm enough to hold candy eyes and M&Ms without them sinking or sliding off.
- Toast Pretzel Antlers Lightly 🥨Briefly toast pretzel twists in a 300°F oven for 3-4 minutes to add crunch and prevent them from becoming soft when pressed into warm brownies, ensuring they stay structurally sound.
- Use Melted Chocolate as Edible Glue 🎨Pipe small dots of melted chocolate chips onto each brownie before placing candy eyes, M&Ms, and pretzels—this acts as food-safe adhesive that sets quickly and holds decorations securely in place.
- Cut with a Hot Wet Knife 🔪Dip your knife in hot water and wipe it clean between cuts to achieve clean, professional-looking brownie squares without frosting or crumbling, which enhances presentation before decorating.
