Ingredients
- 4 cups - Chicken
- 10 ½ ounces - Cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup - Sour cream
- 1 - Shallot
- 1 clove - Garlic
- 1 tsp - All Purpose Seasoning
- 32 - Ritz crackers
- 6 tablespoons - Butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350℉. Prepare a 9×9 baking dish with non stick cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shallot, garlic and All Purpose Seasoning. Stir until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the crushed crackers and melted butter.
- Evenly spread the cracker mixture on top of the casserole.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the crackers are golden and the casserole is heated through.
