Ingredients

  • 4 cups - Chicken
  • 10 ½ ounces - Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup - Sour cream
  • 1 - Shallot
  • 1 clove - Garlic
  • 1 tsp - All Purpose Seasoning
  • 32 - Ritz crackers
  • 6 tablespoons - Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉. Prepare a 9×9 baking dish with non stick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shallot, garlic and All Purpose Seasoning. Stir until combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed crackers and melted butter.
  5. Evenly spread the cracker mixture on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the crackers are golden and the casserole is heated through.
