Ingredients
- 3 - Sweet potatoes
- 1 tsp - Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp - Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp - Ginger
- ½ tsp - Salt
- 1 tbsp - Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp - Honey
- 2 tablespoons - butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- Place chopped sweet potatoes on a rimmed baking sheet.
- In a small bowl combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt; sprinkle evenly over sweet potatoes.
- Place butter and honey in a small microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for 15-30 seconds until melted.
- Drizzle over the sweet potatoes.
- Roast for 30 minutes or until sweet potatoes are for tender and caramelized.
