Ingredients
- 1 - Pineapple
- 1 cup - Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, or use a casserole dish. Set aside.
- Cut the rind off of the pineapple, then cut into rings or slices, removing the hard core from each piece.
- In a large zipper bag, or bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Add each pineapple slice to the bag or bowl, and shake to coat completely.
- Place the cinnamon sugar-coated pineapple slices on the baking tray or casserole dish.
- Repeat with all pineapple slices.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until brown sugar has completely melted and appears to have lightly caramelized on the pineapple.
