Tips & Tricks (5)
- Pat Dry for Crispiness 💧Pat the cauliflower florets completely dry with paper towels before tossing with oil and sauce to achieve maximum crispiness and caramelization in the oven.
- Balance Sweet and Spicy 🌶️Adjust the sriracha-to-sweet chili sauce ratio based on your heat preference, starting with equal parts and increasing sriracha for more kick while maintaining the sweet undertone.
- Single Layer Roasting 📐Arrange cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet without overcrowding to ensure even roasting and proper caramelization on all sides rather than steaming.
- Low-Sodium Sauce Amplification 🔊Since you're using low-sodium soy sauce, add a pinch of sea salt to your sauce mixture to enhance umami depth and ensure the savory flavors shine through.
- Finishing Glaze Technique ✨Reserve a small portion of the sauce mixture and drizzle it over the cauliflower in the final 2 minutes of roasting for a glossy, concentrated flavor boost without burning.
