
Roasted Spicy Cauliflower
Spicy Cauliflower is the perfect oven roasted, 30-minute side. With only 5 ingredients, it’s easy to prepare this sweet and spicy vegetable. I love this recipe because it’s the perfect addition to a filling vegetarian dinner! It’s super quick and easy and doesn’t take many ingredients to make the best roasted cauliflower.

Ingredients
- 1 head - Cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons - Sweet Chili Sauce
- ½ tsp - Sriracha
- 2 tablespoons - Canola oil
- 2 teaspoons - Low sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine chili sauce, sriracha, oil and soy sauce until mixed thoroughly.
- Add cauliflower and toss to coat.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Transfer cauliflower to baking sheet, making sure it’s in a single layer. Use two baking sheets if needed.
- Roast for 25 minutes or until cauliflower is fork tender.
