  • 2  - rump steaks
  • ½ tsp - sea salt
  • ½ tsp - black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons - avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  •   - fresh herbs

  1. First, pat steak dry with paper towels. Season on both sides with sea salt and pepper.
  2. Add avocado oil to a skillet over medium high heat. Once oil is hot, add steaks to the pan.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes. Then, flip steaks. Add the butter to the pan. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Remove steaks from pan. Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes to lock in the juices.
  5. Finally, serve with fresh herbs if desired.
