Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1 inch piece - ginger
  • 1 lb - baby bok choy
  • 2 tablespoons - water
  • ½ tsp - kosher salt
  • 1 tsp - sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, and saute for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Add the bok choy, stir to coat with the oil, and saute for 2-3 minutes until the leaves start to wilt.
  4. Add the water and salt. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes, until the bok choy is tender but still bright green.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
