Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons - Oil
  • 2 - Green bell peppers
  • 1 - Red onion
  • 1 tsp - Oregano
  • ¼ tsp - Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add the bell peppers and onions.
  3. Cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until veggies are soft and lightly charred.
  4. Add more oil, as needed, to prevent the veggies from burning.
  5. Add the oregano and salt and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve.
