Ingredients
- 3 - Banana
- ½ cup - Tahini, runny
- 1 cup - Granola
- 1 cup - dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp - Coconut Oil
- 2 tablespoons - Sesame Seeds
- 2 pinch - Maldon Sea Salt Flakes
Instructions
- Slice the bananas and arrange in a single layer on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Spread evenly with tahini using an offset spatula.
- Sprinkle evenly with granola.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between, until smooth. Pour over granola and spread as evenly as possible with offset spatula.
- Sprinkle on sesame seeds and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from freezer and sprinkle on flaky sea salt. Place back in the freezer for at least an hour or overnight.
- Use a sharp knife to cut into pieces. Store in the freezer in an airtight container.
