Ingredients

  • 6 - Eggs
  • 12 - Shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons - Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp - Dijon Mustard
  • ½ tsp - Seafood Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp - Paprika
  • ¼ tsp - Salt
  • 1 tbsp - Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Halve the peeled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
  2. Saute your shrimp in a tiny bit of olive oil until pink and allow to cool.
  3. Chop shrimp and mix with egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings in a medium bowl, stirring until well blended.
  4. Spoon the shrimp mixture into the egg white halves.
  5. Sprinkle with the parsley if desired.
  6. Place the eggs on a serving plate and serve at once or cover and refrigerate for up to two hours before serving.
