Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon - butter sub with oil
  • 1  - yellow onion
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1 teaspoon - coriander sub with your favorite dried herb or seasoning
  • 1 small head - green cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon - fresh dill sub herbs
  • 1 teaspoon - apple cider vinegar sub with your favorite vinegar or lemon juice
  •   - Salt and pepper

  1. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook 3 minutes or until softened. Add the garlic and coriander and sauté 30 seconds longer.
  2. Add the cabbage along with salt and pepper to taste, and continue to cook for 3-5 minutes or until the cabbage is cooked to the desired doneness.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the dill and apple cider vinegar. Stir well and adjust the seasoning as necessary. Serve and enjoy!
