Place the cocoa powder in a mug. Add 2 tablespoons of the milk and sweetener, and mix with a mini whisk or spoon until smooth. Add the remaining milk and chopped chocolate if using, and whisk until well combined.

Place in the microwave and cook for 1 – 1 1/2 minutes or until the desired temperature is reached. Add the extracts if using, and whisk or stir until smooth.

Top with marshmallows, coconut cream if desired and enjoy!
