  • 2 pounds - Chuck roast
  • 1 ½ pounds - Baby potatoes
  • 1 lb - Baby carrots
  • 1 ½ teaspoons - Ground oregano
  • ½ tsp - Salt
  • ½ tsp - pepper
  • 1 tsp - garlic
  • 2 sprigs - fresh thyme
  • 14 ½ ounces - Beef broth

Instructions

  1. Season the roast with oregano, salt and pepper on both sides. Sear over high heat in a skillet for 3 minutes per side.

  4. Pour in the beef broth.
