Ingredients
- 2 stalks - Celery
- 1 - Onion
- 3 cloves - Garlic
- 2 pounds - Ground Chicken
- 1 ½ teaspoons - Salt
- 1 tsp - Black Pepper
- 1 - Tomato Sauce
- ½ cup - Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 2 tablespoons - Honey
- 2 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
- Scallions
- Hamburger Buns
- Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium high heat, add your celery, onion and ground chicken. Cook until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add the ground chicken mixture to your slow cooker, along with salt, pepper, tomato sauce, buffalo wing sauce, honey and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours and garnish with scallions if desired. Serve on brioche buns with ranch dressing.
