Ingredients

  • 4 pounds - Country style Pork Ribs
  • 3 tablespoons - BBQ Seasoning
  • 1 - Onion
  • 3 cloves - Garlic
  • ½ cup - Water
  • 1 ½ cups - Barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Liberally season both sides of the pork ribs with BBQ seasoning.
  2. Add the onions and garlic to the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Place the seasoned ribs on top of the onions and garlic.
  4. Pour half of the BBQ sauce on top of the ribs and spread it over the entire surface.
  5. Pour the water in, being careful not to pour it over the ribs.
  6. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or HIGH for 1-2 hours.
  7. When the ribs are done, remove them from the slow cooker and transfer them to a foil lined baking sheet. Brush the remaining BBQ sauce on top of the ribs and broil for 3-5 minutes until the sauce has caramelized.
