Slow Cooker Lemonade Chicken
This slow cooker lemonade chicken is juicy, tangy, and super easy to throw together. The lemonade gives it a fresh kick that makes dinner feel a little special without any extra work. Just set it and forget it, then dig in!

- Step 1
Combine the thawed lemonade, garlic, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a large mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Step 2
Use the lemon pepper seasoning and salt to season the chicken.
- Step 3
Sear the chicken on each side in a large pan over medium-high heat, for about 1 minute on each side, just until browned.
- Step 4
Place the chicken into the slow cooker and pour the lemonade mixture over the top.
- Step 5
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or high for 3 hours.
- Step 6
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker.
- Step 7
Whisk the cornstarch and water together.
- Step 8
Whisk the cornstarch slurry into the slow cooker.
- Step 9
Place the chicken back into the slow cooker to keep warm.
- Step 10
Garnish with lemon zest and chopped parsley.
- Step 11
Serve.
