- ½ - Onion
- 2 pounds - Lean Ground Beef
- ¼ cups - Rolled Oats
- 1 tsp - Salt
- 2 teaspoons - Sugar
- 1 tbsp - Mustard
- ½ tsp - Black Pepper
- 1 cup - Beef Broth
- 2 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 4 - Buns
- Dill Pickles
Instructions
- Add the onions, cooked ground beef, rolled oats, salt, sugar, mustard, pepper, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce to the slow cooker.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Pile the mixture on soft hamburger buns.
- Top with pickles and serve.
