  • ½ - Onion
  • 2 pounds - Lean Ground Beef
  • ¼ cups - Rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 2 teaspoons - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - Mustard
  • ½ tsp - Black Pepper
  • 1 cup - Beef Broth
  • 2 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 - Buns
  • Dill Pickles

Instructions

  1. Add the onions, cooked ground beef, rolled oats, salt, sugar, mustard, pepper, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce to the slow cooker.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  4. Pile the mixture on soft hamburger buns.
  5. Top with pickles and serve.
