Ingredients

  • 2 pounds - Bonelsss Pork Sirloin Roast
  • ½ cups - Coca Cola
  • 1 can - Red Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 can - Canned chili green chili
  • 1 tbsp - Garlic
  • 2 cups - Brown Sugar
  • 1 packet - Taco Seasoning
  • 8 - Tortilla

Instructions

  1. Add the pork, Coca Cola, enchilada sauce, green chiles, garlic, 1 cup of brown sugar, and taco seasoning to an 8-quart slow cooker.
  2. Stir everything together.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  4. Halfway through, flip the pork.
  5. When the meat easily shreds, add the remaining 1 cup of brown sugar and stir.
  6. Add the meat to the tortillas and top with your favorite toppings.
