Ingredients

  • 2 pounds - Turkey breast
  • 8 cups - Bone broth
  • 1 - White onion
  • 4 - Carrots
  • 4 tablespoons - Garlic
  • 3 - Bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp - Salt
  • 1 tbsp - Pepper
  • 8 ounces - Wide egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Add everything to your slow cooker except for the noodles.
  2. Close the lid on your slow cooker for 4 hours at high, or 6 hours at low.
  3. When the time is up, remove your turkey breast, and transfer to a cutting board where you can shred. Add back to your slow cooker.
  4. Add in your egg noodles while your soup is still hot. Stir in, and allow the noodles to cook for about 15 minutes.
  5. After the 15 minutes, serve in a soup bowl! Enjoy!
