Ingredients
- 2 pounds - Turkey breast
- 8 cups - Bone broth
- 1 - White onion
- 4 - Carrots
- 4 tablespoons - Garlic
- 3 - Bay leaves
- 1 tbsp - Salt
- 1 tbsp - Pepper
- 8 ounces - Wide egg noodles
Instructions
- Add everything to your slow cooker except for the noodles.
- Close the lid on your slow cooker for 4 hours at high, or 6 hours at low.
- When the time is up, remove your turkey breast, and transfer to a cutting board where you can shred. Add back to your slow cooker.
- Add in your egg noodles while your soup is still hot. Stir in, and allow the noodles to cook for about 15 minutes.
- After the 15 minutes, serve in a soup bowl! Enjoy!
