  • 1 - yellow onion
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1 large stalk - celery
  • 1 - carrot
  • 1 - bay leaf
  • 2 sprigs - fresh thyme
  • 2 cups - leftover turkey
  • ½ cup - wild rice blend
  • 6 cups - homemade turkey stock
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into the slow cooker and cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
  2. Remove bay leaf and thyme sprigs (the leaves will have fallen off). Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and enjoy!
