1/4
Small Batch Marshmallow Fruity Pebbles Treats
Instructions
1
Grease a loaf pan with butter or baking spray. Line the pan with parchment paper and set aside for later.
2
Then, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir constantly, just until they're melted and well-combined with the butter. Stir in the salt and vanilla extract.
3
Remove the pan from the heat and add the Fruity Pebbles cereal. Stir gently, but quickly, until everything is well-combined. Then, fold another 1-2 handfuls of mini marshmallows into the mixture if you want extra gooey bars.
4
Using a greased rubber spatula, gently press the mixture evenly into the prepared loaf pan. Let the bars set at room temperature or in the fridge for 30-60 minutes. Use the parchment paper to remove the treats from the pan. Slice into 6-8 bars and enjoy!

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Butter Temperature is Critical 🧈Melt butter over medium-low heat and let it cool slightly before adding marshmallows to prevent them from deflating or cooking unevenly.
- Toast Your Cereal First 🌟Lightly toast the Fruity Pebbles in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes before mixing to intensify the fruity flavor and maintain crunchiness throughout the bars.
- Butter Your Pan Generously 🎯Use parchment paper and butter it well, or use a silicone baking mat, to prevent sticking and make cleanup effortless while ensuring clean, uniform bars.
- Don't Skip the Vanilla Extract 💧Use pure vanilla extract (not imitation) and add it after removing from heat to preserve its delicate aromatics and enhance the overall flavor complexity.
- Press with Dampened Hands 👐Lightly dampen your hands or use an offset spatula to press the mixture into the pan without it sticking, ensuring even thickness and easier portioning.
